Your Mission:

As our Administrative Agent, you will be the backbone of our office operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance across administrative, HR, and accounting tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and maintaining official documents and correspondence
  • Coordinating meetings, events, and internal communications
  • Overseeing office supplies and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
  • Supporting HR processes such as occupational health, expense reporting, and legal compliance
  • Assisting in budgeting, contract management, and invoice checking
  • Collaborating with external stakeholders like consultants, suppliers, and authorities

Your Expertise:

  • Completed vocational training or 3–5 years of experience in a similar administrative role
  • Experience in international environments is a plus
  • Proficient in administrative workflows, HR and accounting support
  • Strong knowledge of French legal and compliance standards
  • Confident using office software and management tools
  • Language skills: French – C2, English – B1
