As a changemaker, the best way to fulfil my passion is to pursue the HR field path. My profile is versatile, which makes me an out of the box thinker and capable of seeing beyond the information included in a candidate’s CV. My previous experience in marketing and the tourism industry broadened my worldview and allowed me to acquire an international background and a good understanding of cultural differences. With more than 40 visited countries on four continents, I consider myself an international person with open-minded thinking.
My passion for technology and innovation helped me to implement and deepen my knowledge in tech recruiting consistently.
My HR experience spans the entire spectrum of general HR work: Starting with the sourcing, screening, interviewing and recruitment of new employees, through the support of employees and team leaders in all HR issues to separation management, I have already been able to actively shape and cover all aspects of the “Employee Life Cycle”.
